Crew at Work 12" x 16" Acrylic on Canvas I've never crewed on a racing boat but I did live on the schooner Western Union in Key West. It was a great education in responsibility. A lot of people think living and working on a sailbost is nothing but fun and snorkling on the reef. In reality it is a lot of hard work.
