Scream 24" x 36" Acrylic on Canvas This was painted in my high school art class. Jerry Thurman Slack was my instructor. She allowed me to paint several paintings that weren't exactly according to the assignments but I suppose she saw that I had the desire and some ability and she did not want to dampen my spirit. I'm not sure if that's exactly why, but I am eternally grateful for her guidance, her patience, and her friendship ...
